Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2026These terms govern your membership with Naseeb. By completing payment you agree to these terms in full.MembershipMembership is personal to you and non-transferable. Naseeb reserves the right to withdraw or suspend membership at any time, at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. You may cancel within 7 days of starting your subscription for a full refund. Cancellations made after this 7-day period are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel and wish to rejoin Naseeb at a later date, you will need to reapply, and we cannot guarantee a spot or the same membership rate.PaymentMembership is billed monthly on the 1st, regardless of when you join. You may pause your membership for up to 4 months within any 12-month period without needing to reapply, and may resume or cancel at any time during a pause. Once you have used all 4 pauses within a 12-month period, membership will continue to be billed as normal each month until you choose to cancel. To pause for a specific month, notify us at [email protected] before the 1st of that month, or payment will be taken as normal.SocialsYour membership secures your place at our monthly social. The date is typically confirmed around 6 weeks in advance. You are automatically RSVP'd 'yes' for each social unless you tell us otherwise. If you let us know more than 7 days before the event start date that you can't attend, your payment for that month rolls over to the following month. This counts toward your 4 annual pauses. If you cancel or don't attend within 7 days of the event, that month is forfeited — no refund or rollover.Naseeb reserves the right to change venue, date, or format of any social with reasonable notice.Photos & ContentNaseeb photographs and films socials for use across our website, social media, and marketing. By attending a social, you consent to appearing in this content. We take care with protecting member identities and not showing faces, but cannot guarantee you will not appear in any photo or video taken on the night. If you would prefer not to be photographed, let us know before the event and we will do our best to accommodate this. Out of respect for other members' privacy, you may not photograph, film, or share images of other members on your own social media or messaging platforms without their consent.ConductAll members are expected to behave with respect and integrity at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, harmful, or dishonest will result in immediate removal from Naseeb without refund.PrivacyYour application information, including photographs, is held securely and used solely for the purpose of membership consideration and event facilitation. It will not be shared with third parties or other members. By applying you consent to Naseeb holding and processing this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.IntroductionsNaseeb facilitates introductions between members in good faith. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes and accept no liability for the result of any introduction or relationship formed through Naseeb.Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales.For any questions contact us at [email protected]

By joining you agree to the following.Be honestThe information you provided during your application is accurate. Any dishonesty — about who you are, your intentions, or your circumstances — will result in permanent removal.Be respectfulTreat every person you meet through Naseeb with genuine respect. This applies at our socials, in any communication that follows, and in how you speak about other members outside of Naseeb.Protect everyone's privacyWhat happens at Naseeb stays at Naseeb. Do not share other members' details, or personal information with anyone outside of Naseeb.No unsolicited contactDo not pursue contact with another member outside of a social without their clear and mutual agreement. If someone is not interested, respect that immediately and completely.Zero toleranceThe following will result in immediate and permanent removal with no refund:Harassment or intimidation of any kindSharing another member's personal information without consent
Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour
Any conduct that brings Naseeb into disreputeReport concernsIf you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this code, contact us immediately at [email protected]. All reports are treated with discretion and taken seriously.Naseeb reserves the right to remove any member who breaches this code, at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason or issue a refund.

It is never shared with third parties.PhotographsPhotographs submitted during your application are used solely to assist us in facilitating introductions at our events. They are never shared publicly, with other members, or with third parties.How we store your dataYour data is stored securely using the following tools: Fillout, Airtable, Brevo, and Stripe. Each of these providers maintains their own data security standards. Your data is stored within the UK and EEA where possible.How long we keep your dataIf your application is unsuccessful we will delete your data within 90 days unless you have consented to us retaining it for future consideration. If you are a member we retain your data for the duration of your membership and for 12 months after it ends. You may request deletion at any time.Who we share your data withWe do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
